Women’s Ministry

Our Women’s Ministry is designed to meet the specific needs of the women of our congregation. 

Current opportunities for women are:

• Women’s Bible study at 7:00 pm on Tuesdays and 9:30 am on Wednesdays.  Come and meet with other Christian women as we study God’s Word and strengthen our walk with the Lord.
• Bi-annual Women’s Retreats offer our women a weekend away to relax, enrich their faith, explore a specific topic or book of the Bible and make new friends.
• Seasonal events where women gather for food, fun, and fellowship. 
  
• Don't miss the Spring Luncheon on Saturday, May 2, 2009,  from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm.  Bring a salad or dessert (with the recipe card attached).  Sign ups will be on the patio on April 5th, 19th, and 26th.  You can sign up to hostess and decorate one of the tables or to come as a guest.  Have you wanted to know our pastor's wife, Melinda Hoyt's favorite color or the name of their dog?  Well, we all want to get to know her better so come hear Melinda speak and share fellowship with the women of the Eastminster community.  This will be a lovely event to celebrate all that God is doing here at Eastminster.  So come, bring a friend, and enjoy a lovely spring day with us.
