Children who are 2 years old by August 15 are eligible for enrollment in our Toddler program. Children attend:
A Tuesday/Thursday class
From 9:00am to 12:00 noon
Tuition is divided into 9 equal payments, September through May, regardless of attendance or holidays. Holidays usually coincide with Ventura Unified School District holidays. The school year is divided into 6-week sections for scheduling of parent volunteers in the classroom. Holidays are not usually “counted” as part of the 6-week parent helper periods.
Parents must be available to help in the classroom on a rotational basis. One parent assists the teacher each class day for an optimum student/teacher ratio of 3 to 1. Mom or dad will sign-up to help two times during each 6-week period. They will also sign-up to be available as a substitute helper twice during the period, in the event a substitute is needed.
Our philosophy is to guide each child in learning through creative play, in an environment reflecting God’s love and character. The child will experience these things through the warmth, understanding and Christian conviction of each teacher.
Our staff seeks to satisfy and develop the spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual, social, and creative needs of each child through our love and supportive behavior.
